People say my energy and enthusiasm filters through to everybody I meet, regardless of whether they are a CEO or graduate. I’m told I am an exceptional character to work with. I really like to help people. I have a long history of making an impact on people’s lives.

I have helped the following  companies to grow: Herbalife, Nando’s, Malmaision Hotels, De Vere, Aviva, Benefit Cosmetics, UBS, HSBC, Financial Software, Schroders and United Business Media.

As well as working with TV shows including Supernanny, Mock the Week & Rising Star.

I have aslo:

– written a book called “Personal Reputation Management”

– contributed to to The Guardian, The Sunday Times, Evening Standard, Marketing and New Media Age

– appeared on BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio 4, LBC and Talk Sport

I am currently working on my second book “The Sex of Sales” which will be published in Q2 2016.

I’m an expert in: Organisational growth, Personal Development, Business Strategy, Technology Strategy, Public Speaking, Project Management, Writing, Broadcasting, Sales, Client Management, Information Architecture, Social Media Activation and Search Engine Marketing.

I am a motivated and knowledgeable facilitator, consultant and trainer.

I feel privileged to be able to focus on the one aspect of my work from with I get most pleasure – working with people and to help them realise their potential.

I have had the privilege to encounter and help to many people.   It is really satisfying when they then go on to be successful.

In my past I set the business and marketing strategy for many blue chips and successful start ups.   I have now turned my focus exclusively to the people.

My other passions are: Arsenal Football Club, London, gadgets, the digital world and my amazing children.  You should also know that I hate milk and am worried about the effects of AI Robots on our civilisation.

If you care to find out more I would be delighted if you would read and comment on my blog on which my first post was over ten years ago;  follow me on Twitter or Instagram and look me up on LinkedIn.

Why am I doing this?

For lots of reasons I needed a change in my life. So, I asked the ten people closest to me what I’m good at. I fell off my seat when they all said the same thing. ‘You’re amazing at helping people to reach their potential’. So here I am.

A word of warning.

I’m not a life coach. I won’t help you achieve a better work life balance. You’re going to want to work harder after spending some time with me. You’ll be more effective and enjoy your work. Now that’s where it starts getting interesting and the happiness equation will kick in. Now you’re on the way to realising your potential.
